We are very proud that the Dutch Kennel Club selected this picture of Ayrton, taken by Alice van Kempen on the cover of their 2020 annual review.

Ch. British Cooper Ayrton Da Silva is a multi Champion, and the only Border Terrier in the Netherlands that ever made it to reserve Best in Show. Ayrton achieved this in Leeuwarden 2010, under the judges and breed specialists, Mrs. Erica Bons- de Wever and Mr. Martin van de Weijert.

Ayrton is almost 13 years old and our ‘éminence grise’.

New Year Puppy News /  by Jan Willem

We are very happy to annouce that our British Cooper Max Verstappen had her litter of two puppies at the end of 2020.

Our British Cooper Niki Lauda started 2021 with her litter of five. All puppies from both litters have found a lovely family to live with. 

During the last few months we’ve received a lot of puppy requests, unfortunately we won’t be able to respond to everyone personally.

We would like to thank you for your interest in our Border Terriers and hope you will be able to find a puppy with another recommended kennel via the NBTC.

Int. Dog Show Rotterdam, a day we will never forget.
First our youngest, British Cooper Pietro Fittipaldi, became Best Puppy. We brought our oldest with us for companion and he was entered in Veteran Class. It is the one and only multi Champion British Cooper Ayrton Da Silva. Ayrton will be 11 years old in two weeks time. He won the Veteran Class and now he is also Dutch Veteran Champion, his twelfth and (probably) last Title in his show career. But this old guy even could make it to Best Dog (!) When Ayrton had to compete against the best bitch, the judge Mrs. Joke Bode even made Ayrton Best In Breed. 1 Exc, CAC, VCAC, BOB.

At the Clubmatch Netherlands NBTC 2018, British Cooper Niki Lauda NJK’18 won Youth CAC and Best Youth Bitch 2018 under judge Mr.Steve Dean.

Niki is out of UK Ch. Brumberhill Back T’Future and Dutch and Int. Ch. British Cooper Emerson Fittipaldi.

British Cooper BEST KENNEL 2018 NBTC Judge Mrs. Floor Zijdenbos-Jansen. Thanks to all the amazing people and all British Coopers that made it happen. Cheers!
